Stuart Broad gets David Warner for seventh time in Ashes series as Australia stutter in 399 chase

Stuart Broad dismissed David??Warner for the seventh time in the series as England reduced Australia at lunch in their bid to get a series-tying draw day four of the fifth Ashes Test at The Oval.
Warner (11) edged Broad to Rory Burns at slip to end a dreadful series with 95 runs in 10 innings in an average of 9.50 – the left-hander’s closing knock only the next time that he reached double figures.
Warner and Marcus Harris (9) had finished Australia’s highest opening stand this summer – a paltry 18 – before Broad delivered Harris‘ away stump cartwheeling from round the wicket.
Australia, pursuing 399 for success after dismissing England for 329, were subsequently steadied from the typical suspects Steve Smith (18no) and Marnus Labuschagne (14) – only for Jack Leach to develop a delivery beyond the latter external edge and have him overrun by Jonny Bairstow.
Leach (9) and Jofra Archer (3) dropped inside 20 minutes after England had resumed on 313-8 – Archer out caught behind on inspection after he was proven to have gloved Pat Cummins down the leg-side, also Leach captured off Nathan Lyon (4-69) at mid-on after top-edging a teaser.
Until one for Leach and his 2 wickets boosted their hopes of a 2-2 draw broad swelled the total of England by thumping two sixes off Cummins.
Smith – that currently has Matthew Wade (10no) for company – stands in their way, though.
