Ruaridh McConnochie in line for England debut, Owen Farrell captains at fly-half

Although Owen Farrell captains the group in fly-half, ruaridh McConnochie has been appointed to begin following two false starts.
The McConnochie was first scheduled to begin against Wales in a set of World Cup warm-up fixtures a month, but pulled out of both games due to injury.
The Toilet winger will eventually make his debut when England face Italy in their final warm-up at Newcastle, live on Sky Sports.
Farrell wears the No 10 jersey as George Ford takes his position while Piers Francis starts at inside centre.
